Expedited Immigration Evaluations That Support Your Case
The immigration process can be overwhelming, especially when facing immigration court, family separation, uncertainty, or danger.
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed psychological evaluations that document the impact of hardship, trauma, and separation—helping to strengthen asylum cases, hardship waivers, VAWA applications, and T/U visas.
Types of Evaluations:

ASYLUM
For asylum cases, documenting the psychological impact of persecution, displacement, and violence experienced in asylum seekers’ country of origin.
EXTREME HARDSHIP WAIVERS (I-601/I-601A) & CANCELLATION OF REMOVAL
Assessing the emotional and psychological impact of family separation and extreme hardship on qualifying family members.
VAWA (VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT)
Evaluating the effects of domestic violence, physical abuse, and coercive control on survivors seeking safety and stability.
U-VISAS
Psychosocial evaluations for victims of crime who are cooperating with law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution.
T-VISAS
Specialized assessments for survivors of human trafficking, documenting trauma and its psychological impact.
The Evaluation Process
Simple. Collaborative. Professional.
What can I expect?
An immigration psychological evaluation is a comprehensive mental health assessment that documents history, symptoms, and experiences. The detailed reports provide immigration attorneys and courts with clinical insights that can play a crucial role in strengthening cases and support successful outcomes in immigration proceedings.

Step 1: Intake & Referral
The attorney submits a referral with case details. I review the information and coordinate with the legal team to ensure the evaluation addresses the case needs.

Step 2: Clinical Interview
A comprehensive, trauma-informed interview via a secure telehealth platform(typically 2-3 hours). I gather personal history and document the psychological impact relevant to the case.

Step 3: Report Writing
I prepare a detailed report (~10-25 pgs) documenting mental health symptoms, psychological distress, and clinical findings relevant to the case.

Step 4: Delivery & Support
Report is delivered within 10 business days (rush available). I remain available for consultation, revisions, and clarification as needed.
